About JSLT Conveyor Wear Parts

Our Story

JSLT Conveyor Wear Parts is the conveyor-systems wear-parts division of Dezhou Jiasheng Rubber and Plastic Products Co., Ltd. — a 15-year-old engineering plastics manufacturer based in Dezhou, Shandong. We focus exclusively on the polymer parts that wear out first on a belt or chain conveyor: chain guide rails, impact bars, wear strips, scraper blades, idler covers and transfer-chute liner panels.

Every product on this site is a real, in-production SKU. UHMWPE GUR1020 chain guides cover the T, CT and CK profile families with 127 SKU profiles in CAD; 65 are already published with downloadable DXF on our engineering-plastics sister site. Impact bars combine a UHMWPE wear face with a vulcanized SBR rubber base for transfer-zone belt protection. Wear strips, scraper blades and chute liners are all made-to-order from your drawing — no minimum runs for prototypes, no tooling fees on standard cross-sections.

Programmable multi-spindle drilling machines for chute liner panels and impact bar mounting; conical countersinks for flush M5–M20 stainless fasteners.

PU casting line for scraper blades up to 1400 mm wide; SBR rubber base bonding for impact bars with mechanical interlock — no adhesives, bond outlasts the wear face.

Custom extrusion dies for new T / CT / CK chain-guide profiles — 35-day lead time on new tooling, then 18-day production cycle for repeat orders.

Conveyor Wear-Part Logistics

Pallet packing optimized for chute liner panels (60 panels per pallet at 25 mm thickness); LCL ocean and full-container service. FOB Qingdao or Shanghai; CIF / DDP available globally.
