UHMWPE Transfer Chute & Hopper Liner Panels

Transfer chute liners are the largest single wear-part order most mining and bulk-handling sites place — 50 to 800 panels at a time, sized 1250 × 1250 mm or 2000 × 1000 mm, in 10 – 50 mm UHMWPE depending on the abrasiveness of the material being conveyed. We pre-drill every panel to your hole pattern before shipping so site installation is bolt-up only. For the most abrasive duties (iron ore primary transfer towers) we offer a composite version: UHMWPE wear face mechanically interlocked to a Q235 carbon-steel back plate for dimensional rigidity.

Can you ship 800 panels in one container?

Yes — 1250 × 1250 × 25 mm UHMWPE panels stack 60 panels per pallet (~1.5 t per pallet). One 40 HQ container fits 18 – 20 pallets, so 1,000 – 1,200 panels per container is typical.

Do you supply the bolts and washers?

We can include 316 stainless M16 countersunk bolts, washers and nylock nuts as a packed kit — please request when inquiring. Otherwise hardware is sourced locally.

Can you machine pocket-and-key for stitched panel assembly?

Yes — tongue-and-groove edges for sealed wet-coal chutes, or pocket-and-key for non-bolted dry-aggregate chutes. Add to drawing notes.
