Wear strips are the long, flat polymer bars that line conveyor side rails, chain return paths and product guide channels. The slick surface lets product (bottles, cans, glass jars, aluminium cases) slide without hanging up. We supply three resin grades: UHMWPE for the lowest-friction food and beverage applications, HDPE as the economy choice for light-duty packaging, and cast nylon (Nylon MC 901) for heavy industrial and oil-mist environments.

All SKUs are made-to-order from our own UHMWPE / HDPE / nylon production line. Send your DWG / DXF / PDF / STEP — we quote within 24 hours, MOQ from 1 piece.

How a 30,000 BPH glass bottle line replaced HDPE side rails with FDA-grade UHMWPE for 4× life.
Read case →Upgrading a slat-chain conveyor on an aluminium can filler from a generic to CT-K profile UHMWPE chain guide.
Read case →UHMWPE — lowest friction, FDA-compliant grade available, and won't mark glass bottles. The slightly higher resin cost is offset by 3 – 5× longer service life vs HDPE.
Yes — chamfered edges, radiused edges, T-slot for bottle-base guidance, and chain-pocket profiles are all standard. Send the cross-section drawing.
20 m total combined any color and length once the cross-section is set. New cross-section profiles need a small extrusion die (3 – 5 day lead time) so first-order MOQ is 100 m to amortize tooling.
