Impact bars sit under the conveyor belt at receiving points (chute discharge, stockpile feed, primary crusher discharge). Steel bars chew up belts; UHMWPE bars let the belt slide and absorb the falling material's energy through the bonded rubber base. Our standard configuration is a 25 mm UHMWPE wear face bonded to a Shore A 65 SBR rubber base, sized 1250 × 100 × 75 mm with M16 mounting slots — but every bar dimension is made-to-order from your drawing.

All SKUs are made-to-order from our own UHMWPE / HDPE / nylon production line. Send your DWG / DXF / PDF / STEP — we quote within 24 hours, MOQ from 1 piece.

How a copper concentrator replaced 240 m² of steel chute liner with UHMWPE in one shutdown.
Read case →Replacing 18 m of steel impact bars with UHMWPE-on-rubber bars at a limestone quarry primary feed conveyor.
Read case →Mechanical interlock — the UHMWPE face has dovetail grooves on the underside that the rubber is vulcanized into. No glue. The bond outlasts the wear face.
Yes — every length from 500 mm to 2400 mm is made-to-order. Send the bar dimensions and the bolt pattern; we quote per piece.
Solid UHMWPE bars work well for medium-impact zones (≤ 1.5 m drop height, < 50 mm material lump). For high-impact zones (heavy ore, > 2 m drops), the rubber base makes a meaningful difference in belt life — we recommend the bonded version.
