Belt Scraper Blades (Polyurethane + UHMWPE)

Scraper blades clean material off the conveyor belt at the head pulley to prevent carryback. We supply two stages: a primary polyurethane blade (Shore A 88) mounted directly behind the head pulley to take the bulk of the cleaning, and a secondary UHMWPE blade further back to polish the belt clean. Blade widths from 650 mm up to 1400 mm match standard belt widths. We do not supply the scraper arm or tensioner — only the polymer blade itself, sized to your existing scraper bar.

Can you supply the complete scraper assembly with arm and tensioner?

No — we manufacture only the polymer blade. Pair our blades with any standard scraper arm (Flexco, Martin, Trellex, ASGCO equivalents).

What's your MOQ for PU primary blades?
